What are you agreeing to by using EnvoyAgent?

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and EnvoyAgent LLC ("EnvoyAgent," "we," "us") governing your use of envoyagent.app and the EnvoyAgent platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

EnvoyAgent is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and using EnvoyAgent for a business purpose, not personal or household use.

What's your account, and what are you responsible for?

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account, including activity by team members you add as additional seats.

You agree to provide accurate information when you create your account and to keep it up to date.

What does EnvoyAgent actually do?

EnvoyAgent provides AI voice, text, and email agents that call, text, and email leads you provide, book appointments, and help you follow up — along with supporting tools for campaigns, scripts, and reporting.

We do not guarantee any particular number of appointments, answer rate, conversion rate, or revenue outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your lead quality, your scripts and offers, and how prospects respond.

Who's responsible for compliance — you, or us?

EnvoyAgent enforces consent, Do-Not-Call, and calling-window rules at the platform level — we won't dial or text a lead who hasn't given the consent our system requires, and we maintain a permanent Do-Not-Call registry that we check before every call, text, and email.

Within that framework, you are the seller of record for anything sent to your leads. You warrant that you have lawful consent to contact every lead you upload, and you are responsible for your own scripts, offers, and the legality of your own campaigns.

You agree to indemnify and hold EnvoyAgent harmless from any claim arising out of the leads you upload, the scripts or offers you use, or your own violation of applicable law.

Who approves what an AI agent says or posts?

Content our AI agents create — social posts, videos, and follow-up messages — is not published or sent until you review and approve it, with one exception: automated reply rules you configure in advance (for example, a keyword-triggered comment reply) run automatically once you turn them on, because you approved the rule itself.

You own the content you create using EnvoyAgent. By using the service, you grant EnvoyAgent a license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Can you clone a voice or an avatar?

Voice cloning and avatar or digital-twin video are powerful tools, and you're responsible for using them lawfully. You may only clone a voice or create an avatar of a real person — including yourself, an employee, or anyone else — if you have that person's documented consent to do so.

Avatar presenters go through an additional, separate on-camera consent verification with our video-generation provider before they can be used to generate video.

How does billing work?

EnvoyAgent is billed on a subscription basis, monthly or annually, with each tier including a set number of call minutes per month. Using more than your included minutes is billed at your tier's overage rate, or you can purchase a minute bundle that doesn't expire while your subscription is active. Add-ons — such as extra dial lines, extra seats, and bringing your own API keys — are billed separately as shown at checkout. Current pricing is posted at envoyagent.app.

The one-time $3 trial call available on our /try page is a single, non-subscription purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, or for the $3 trial call or minute bundles once the service has been delivered.

What can't you do with EnvoyAgent?

You may not use EnvoyAgent for anything illegal, deceptive, or harassing; to contact anyone without the consent our platform requires; to attempt to bypass our consent, Do-Not-Call, or calling-window gates; or to resell access to our AI agents as a standalone lead-generation service.

Can we suspend or end your account?

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform in a way that creates legal or compliance risk, or fail to pay amounts owed. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you first, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or comply with the law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.

What are the legal disclaimers and limits on liability?

EnvoyAgent is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnvoyAgent's total liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Which state's law governs this, and where are disputes resolved?

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of EnvoyAgent will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.

How will you know if these terms change?

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we make changes, and for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active customers by email. Continuing to use EnvoyAgent after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
